Shipping Policy — Organic Cravings

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another once it ships.

Shipping Within Pakistan
We currently ship across Pakistan, from our source in Gilgit Baltistan to your doorstep. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your city and courier availability. Delivery times may occasionally be longer for remote or northern areas.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size. We may offer free shipping on select bundles or order thresholds — any applicable offer will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package until it reaches you.

Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to protect our glass bottles and Shilajit jars during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and reach out to us right away.

International Shipping
At this time, Organic Cravings ships within Pakistan only. We're working towards expanding to international markets soon — follow us for updates.

Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, factors like weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods (e.g. holiday season) may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if anything changes.
